Terms of Service
Last updated: July 21, 2026
These are the terms we work under. They exist so both sides know exactly what was agreed before any money changes hands.
What we do
We offer two services at flat prices:
- Fix My Site — $350. Repair and improvement of a website you already have: broken links and buttons, mobile responsiveness, loading speed, and a visual refresh.
- Brand New Build — $700. A complete new website, including an English/Spanish toggle, dark and light mode, and search-engine setup.
Rush delivery is available on either service for an additional $100.
Timelines
Standard delivery is within 4 business days and rush delivery is within 2 business days, both measured from the point where we have everything we need from you — text, images, and any logins required. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays, so an order placed on a Thursday is not due over the weekend. Delays in receiving those materials move the delivery date by the same amount. We will tell you promptly if anything is holding the work up.
Revisions and approval
We revise the work with you until you are happy with it, before it goes live. That is the core of how we work and it is not capped at a fixed number of rounds.
To be clear about what this covers: revisions mean refining the agreed piece of work. A request that changes the nature of the job — for example, asking for a full new build partway through a fix, or adding pages, features, or an online store that were not part of the original agreement — is new work, and we will quote it separately before doing anything.
When we send the work to you for review, we need you to look at it and come back to us. If we do not hear from you within 3 business days of sending it, the work is treated as approved and the job is complete. If you need more time, just tell us and we will hold it open — we would rather wait than close something you are still thinking about.
Payment
Prices are flat and agreed in writing before we start. There are no hourly charges and no surprise invoices.
Payment is made in full before work begins. Once we have agreed the job and the price, we send you a secure card payment link. Your delivery window starts the day the payment clears — within 4 business days from that point for standard delivery, or within 2 business days for rush.
We do not take payment details ourselves and never see or store your card number. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor, and you will receive a receipt directly from them.
What we need from you
You are responsible for providing the content for your site — text, images, logos — and confirming you have the right to use it. If the work involves an existing website, you are responsible for giving us the access needed to do it, and for confirming you are entitled to authorise changes to that site.
Ownership
The website we deliver is yours outright. You own it and can host, edit, move, or hand it to someone else freely. We do not hold your site hostage and we do not charge to release it.
We may show your finished site as an example of our work. If you would prefer we did not, tell us and we will not.
Anything you supply to us — your content, images, and brand — remains yours throughout.
Cancellation and refunds
Before we start — full refund. You can cancel at any time before we begin work and get every dollar back. We message you on the day we begin, so you always know exactly when this point is reached and you are never guessing.
Once we have started — the fee is non-refundable. When you book, we hold that slot for you, turn down other work to hit your delivery date, and start building straight away. That time cannot be recovered, so we do not offer refunds once the work is underway.
After delivery — no refund. Once the work has been delivered and approved, including where it is treated as approved under the Revisions and approval section above, the job is complete and no refund is due.
If we cannot deliver — full refund. If we cannot complete the work for any reason on our side, you get all of your money back. That does not change.
What we don't cover
Unless it is specifically agreed in writing as part of the job, our work does not include ongoing hosting or domain fees, paid third-party services or plugins, content writing beyond the site copy itself, ongoing maintenance after delivery, or marketing and advertising campaigns.
We also cannot guarantee specific search-engine rankings, traffic volumes, or sales results. We build the site properly and set it up correctly to be found; no honest provider can promise a position in Google's results.
Liability
We do our work carefully and test it before it goes live. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your job is the one in effect on the day we agree the work. Changes are not applied retroactively to work already agreed.
